I have told my family that the provider was very understanding when I got my appointment and then I had canceled it because I had an urgent matter to take care of, but then it was resolved so I was able to call back the next day and get the appointment again because the provider actually herself called me and spoke with me and was very empathetic and very understanding and told me I can have my appointment back and she took very good care of me when I was there getting my procedure done. Thank you.
