Dr. Baker was well prepared with my extensive complex medical history. He talked to me in normal English, with a sense of humor. He took my concerns seriously AND my input about my own medical condition mattered, which is always my main concern. He also actually talked to and considered my previous doctor's treatments which is unheard of these days. He also put me at ease right in the beginning with my biggest concern so I wasn't preoccupied with that the whole time.
