I would say that Dr. Demidova was thorough, efficient, and friendly. No nonsense, but responsive.

They don't really care about you just wanna get that money and make sure you do what they want not what would make it easy on you.

I would tell my friends and family she is not a friendly provider. She will not listen to your concerns. She will have no empathy to you. She just does not care.
