A real treasure. Very kind, listens, explains things wonderfully. More candid and casual, still professional, but has an inviting aurora to make you feel comfortable. Doesn't feel like you're patient 12 of 40 that day.

Excellent care. I am a biologist, so it was incredibly appreciated that things were explained to me in scientific terms and I didn't feel that I was being talked down to. Went smoothly, addressed my concerns and my options satisfactorily.
