The MetroHealth Physician Referral Service is a convenient service staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to help you:

• Identify and select a MetroHealth physician for consultation or patient referral
• Schedule an appointment for a patient referred to a MetroHealth physician
• Obtain information concerning a patient referred to a MetroHealth physician
• Learn about The MetroHealth System and our programs and services
• Contact MetroHealth Physician Liaisons if you have concerns or questions about MetroHealth physicians or services
• Obtain MetroHealth information packets and maps for referred patients
